DDV music video and credits

This is a very belated blog post. August and September were a bit of a write-off, with me taking some time to heal from whiplash after a car accident. But thanks to the CTP system all my treatment was covered by the other (at-fault) driver’s insurance, and I’m very grateful that the injury is not going to affect me forever. About three weeks ago I did manage to upload the video for Double Decade Vegan to both YouTube and Facebook, and now I’m finally putting up this post with all the credits.

I’m the sole writer on this one.

The track was produced by the talented Tim Carr from One Flight Up studios. He did such a fantastic job of capturing the sounds of June 1998, which was the month I went vegan. And he was also kind enough to step into the booth to add some BVs on the “Yeah Yeah Yeah” lines!

Like almost all my singles, it was mastered by Kathy Naunton, dB Mastering Sydney.

The single cover art and the music video were done by Unforgettable Little Films.  I am so happy with how both of these turned out!

I do have some exciting news – the track debuted at #2 on the Triple J Unearthed Hip Hop charts, #11 in all genres, and even stayed in the charts for three weeks!  It’s still available on my MC Pony artist page – as well as CD Baby, iTunes, and pretty much all the other music outlets you can choose from.
